About this role:

As an Automotive Centre Manager at Halfords, you will lead a team to achieve business performance goals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business performance goals.
  • Provide training and development for team members.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
