Job Title: Automotive Operations Director

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Director to join our team at Clear Automotive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our very successful repair sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing efficient BSI approved sites and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial and operational targets. A natural leader with excellent people management skills is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-site team of experts, including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator, and administrative staff
  • Entire site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service
  • Setting targets and driving performance
  • Familiarity with Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic
  • Recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators
  • Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded
  • Providing strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees

Requirements:

  • A vast knowledge and experience of the repair process and claims process
  • Natural leadership skills and excellent people management abilities
  • A high level of business acumen
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience of site management within the Accident repair industry

Benefits:

  • £55,000 - £75,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
  • An excellent car allowance or hybrid company car
  • Permanent position with 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday
