Job Summary:
We are seeking a flexible, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join our Ward Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient stock system, ensuring adequate supplies are available and utilized to maximum efficiency across all wards and departments in our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve stock management efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the team and the organization.
Requirements:
- Essential IT skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
- Ability to perform regular manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a stores or supplies setting is an advantage.
