We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Charing Cross Hospital. As a member of our integrated front door therapy team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy management to patients and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious physiotherapist to develop their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, participate in service development projects, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and State registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Recent substantial experience in relevant physiotherapy specialities and clinical settings.
- Ability to apply a range and depth of knowledge to this specialist area.
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £43,041 per annum.
