About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Estate Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As an Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing files prior to the settlement of personal injury litigation, applying for and managing deputyships, and advising trust corporations and lay clients on matters related to trusts and estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing files prior to the settlement of personal injury litigation

Requirements
  • A strong knowledge of estate law, including trusts and estates
  • Experience in managing complex files and cases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
