Real Estate Lawyer required for a well-managed national law firm to be based in Greater Manchester
**Your new company**
This is a well managed and highly regarded national law firm who are looking to recruit a real estate lawyer to help with a busy team. The firm operate across the full legal spectrum, dealing with a wide range of corporate, commercial and employment matters,whilst also having an excellent private client, property and insolvency function too. This role is hybrid and is based out of the Wigan, Warrington or Bolton offices.
**Your new role**
The firm are looking to recruit a junior real estate lawyer, ideally from a newly qualified level up to 5 years PQE, to help the busy team with their ongoing workload. This will include a range of commercial property work, asset buying and selling, and buyto let residential work. The role is more commercially focused rather than residential.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you must have some experience within commercial property / residential property. Ideally, you will be a qualified lawyer and up to 5 years PQE. The role is hybrid but you must be able to travel to the Wigan, Warringtonor Bolton offices.
