About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Enhanced child and adult DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • EWC registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
