We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at KYN Bickley. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the delivery of consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Take full responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in line with KYN's exceptional standards
  • Monitor health and safety, compliance, and procedures to ensure standards are maintained
  • Support the teams in understanding the menu and ingredients

About You

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of delivering and maintaining kitchen standards at the highest level. You will have strong communication and influencing skills, an approachable manner, and an eye for detail.
