The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, coordinating materials and resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, and be proficient in using ERP and MRP systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Planning:
    • Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain production schedules and plans.
    • Analyze and forecast demand for materials and components based on production requirements.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Optimize inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing holding costs.
    • Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and take appropriate action.
    • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to procurement and supply chain efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the procurement and planning functions.
