Role Summary:

A key position within our Housing Services Team, working in partnership with Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

As a Housing Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents seeking support with housing services and repairs. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services.

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with Hammersmith and Fulham Council to provide a seamless service to residents. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of enquiries across multiple platforms, ensuring each query is resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Service: Provide timely and accurate assistance to residents with housing-related queries.
  • Effective Communication: Assess queries and direct residents to the relevant departments, ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and input essential data to assist specialised teams in resolving complex enquiries.
  • System Management: Utilise council systems to provide residents with information on rent, repairs, payments, and appointments.
  • Policy Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with housing policies and procedures to handle a wide variety of common enquiries.
  • Customer Data Maintenance: Keep customer information up-to-date to enhance service quality and streamline future interactions.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and empathetic for local residents.
  • Experience with Web Chat Customer Service is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to manage high volumes of enquiries across multiple platforms.
