About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Member to join our team at ECL. As a Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.


Key Responsibilities



  • Delivering person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in care and support
  • Contributing to the development of care plans and ensuring that they are implemented effectively

Requirements



  • Experience in a care or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
