IT Project Manager - Retail and Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our Group IT function. The successful candidate will be based at our head office in Milton Keynes and will play a critical part in driving IT and technology projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of a new HR communications and SharePoint application, ensuring seamless integration across all three territories.
  • Manage critical cybersecurity initiatives, prioritising the protection and security of the IT infrastructure.
  • Coordinate the rollout of the Proggio project management tool across the UK, US, and Ireland, ensuring its successful adoption.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate methodologies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing application implementations and cybersecurity projects.
  • Experience in the retail, food manufacturing, or hospitality industries, with a strong understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and industry-specific IT requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Proggio, and strong IT and technology knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
