Care Team Supervisor

As a Care Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to provide person-centred care and support to adults with brain injuries. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans, provide supervision and training to support workers, and ensure that our high standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of support workers to provide person-centred care and support to adults with brain injuries
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our team
* Provide supervision and training to support workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
* Ensure that our high standards of care are met and that we are providing the best possible support to our service users

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and communication skills
