Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Servisource. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the business, allocating resources and monitoring performance to deliver exceptional services.
  • Lead and develop an effective staff team, providing sound leadership and support to ensure staff are clear about their duties and responsibilities.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of individuals, ensuring their independence and well-being.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Manager or a similar role in a care providing organisation.
  • Proficiency in the English language, together with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of legislation concerns with care provision.
  • A full UK drivers' licence and access to own transport.
  • Right to work in the UK.
