About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith in James Cook Hospital. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to maintain our high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
