We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live independently in their own homes.



About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication, and moving and handling support to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements.
