Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ideal Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including meal times and activities
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
