We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Home Furnishings Buyer to join our team at House Of Fashion Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring and managing the supply chain for our residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing residential projects, selecting products, and ensuring design compliance with relevant regulations and building codes.
- Procure and work closely with suppliers to source materials, fixtures, and other construction-related projects.
- Research suppliers and vendors to identify cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality materials.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any design or company challenges.
- Support the project management team in maintaining project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in design, buying, or property, preferably with exposure to procurement and operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team.
Salary: £30K
Location: Hale, Cheshire
