Responsibilities

  • Address safeguarding concerns in a timely manner, following established protocols.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users as needed.
  • Report any concerns related to service user welfare.
  • Perform daily tasks related to personal care, including medication management and household chores.
  • Efficiently handle emergencies, contacting authorities when necessary.
  • Document and maintain accurate care plan records.

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar support role.
  • Safeguarding knowledge and experience.
  • Comfort with household tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation.
  • Professional references for the past 2 years.
  • Foreign police clearance if required.
