Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Community Long-Term Conditions Team and the Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. As a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing impairments.

This role is suitable for newly qualified clinicians or those with previous experience looking to work with an adult caseload. You will work collaboratively with the community neuro rehab multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient care. You will also take part in the supervision of students with support, SLT assistants and volunteers when required, and the development and delivery of training to others.
