Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Construction Administrator to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project finances, apply performance management techniques, and identify opportunities for improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with major global clients on complex and high-profile projects. As a Senior Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Remuneration Package

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
