Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join our team at Sewell Group Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating mail and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls and taking messages as required
  • Providing general administration support, including copy-typing, proof reading, and document management
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, as well as arranging travel and accommodation requirements
  • Providing hospitality and meet & greet services for meetings held on the premises
  • Supporting internal and external events, from preparation to execution

Requirements:

  • A full driving license, valid in the UK, and own transport
  • Previous experience of working in a Reception/Administration role
  • An excellent approach to customer service and a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both as a team member and alone in a busy working environment

Package:

  • A competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus up to 20% annual bonus opportunity
