Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our Hull team, responsible for supporting the running of the store in all aspects to grow and develop the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in person, via email or phone, ensuring the highest standards are met at all times.
  2. Sales Maximisation: Maximiase sales opportunities through promoting products and services available, identifying and capitalising on potential revenue streams.
  3. Health and Safety: Complete daily health and safety walk rounds, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  4. Administration: Perform administrative tasks on our database, such as setting up customer contracts and debt management, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  5. Team Management: Cultivate and develop sales advisors and an assistant manager, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
