Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve stock issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Proactive and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial, especially for those seeking a career change.
