Procurement Coordinator/Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Co-Ordinator/Manager to join our team at Newly Weds Foods in Banbury. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the purchase of materials for the company, ensuring that they meet specifications, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain regular contact with factory management, planning, and customer service departments to minimize issues impacting customer requirements.
- Update raw material 'Goods In' schedules for the warehouse department, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing adverse factors that may lead to missed production schedules and transport deadlines.
- Work with accounts and buyers to resolve invoice queries.
- Assist inventory and supply chain managers with weekly/monthly raw material reporting demands.
- Provide cover for the team as needed.
- 2 years of procurement experience.
- IT literacy, particularly in Excel.
- Committed, reliable, and flexible team player.
