We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Proactive Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Administrative Oversight: Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring they are efficient and support business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sales and administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, administrative efficiency, and other key metrics.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams in both sales and administration.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in the cleaning industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Good secretarial skills, sales, admin, diary management experience, IT skills, excellent written and communication skills, an ability to work closely with other departments and to be able to work under pressure at times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive and flexible approach to learning in role.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Sense of own initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 pa
