About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with seizures, learning disabilities, epilepsy, stoma & peg care.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with medication management and administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • A competitive pay rate of £12.84 per hour (Mon-Fri) and £14.93 per hour (weekends).

Requirements:
