Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for configuring, loading, and operating machines to ensure optimal performance and quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and optimizing machine capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Configure and calibrate machines to meet production requirements.
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with production team members to optimize production processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and high-speed machinery.
  • Ability to use measurement tools and read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
