We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leaders and business stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment of staff, including permanent, agency, contractors, graduates, and apprentices, and provide creative solutions to resource challenges.
- Training and Development: Ensure training and development is planned, undertaken, and reviewed to ensure a strong return on investment.
- Employee Relations and Wellbeing: Support the HR Advisor with Employee Relation cases and manage all complex Employee Relation and Employee Wellbeing cases.
- Performance Management: Manage the Performance Review and Development process within your designated business area.
- Capability Building: Identify and monitor appropriate training methods and solutions, build the capability of managers through coaching, and assist in the delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practice.
- Annual Salary Review: Assist in the annual salary review process.
- Policy and Process Communication: Ensure Central HR policies, processes, and initiatives are communicated and deployed effectively.
- Development Planning: Work alongside the management team to ensure PDP or development plans are in place for all employees.
- Project Work: Undertake projects and any other work reasonably requested.
Requirements:
- Senior HR generalist experience covering recruitment, training, and development.
- Passionate about the business and the people within it.
- Proven coaching and mentoring capability.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to use Google applications.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in Workday.
