Health, Safety and Fire Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Health, Safety and Fire Specialist to join our team at Search People. As a key member of our Consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments and audits at client sites
- Develop and implement bespoke health and safety management systems for clients
- Carry out fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify client requirements through site surveys and conduct safety audits
- Advise and guide clients on occupational health and safety legislation and best practices
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for clients
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, preferably in health and safety
- Hold a recognized health and safety qualification, such as GradIOSH
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
