Hello Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Cover Supervisor within our Secondary Schools in the Hartlepool area.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with children. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering interactive and inclusive lessons, working with children with various needs, and following pre-made lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
  • Work with children with diverse needs and abilities
  • Follow established lesson plans and adapt to changing situations
  • Develop and encourage quality learning experiences
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Secondary Schools
  • Positive and willing attitude
  • Patient, understanding, and self-reliant
  • Adaptable to changing situations and comfortable with behavior management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel to different locations/Schools (desirable)
