Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Type:

This is a temporary position, expected to work full-time hours.

Primary Industry:

Salary:

£90 - £110 Per day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students in the absence of a teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans.
  • Assist students with their work and provide support as needed.
  • Report back on student progress and any issues to teaching staff.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school environment and may require standing for long periods of time. The candidate must be able to handle challenging behavior from students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
