Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, coordination, and delivery of evidence-based care, providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing team. This includes involvement in shift planning, adjusting staffing levels, and prioritizing workload in accordance with patient need, service demand, and staff availability and skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a secure setting focusing on substance misuse and primary care. The ideal candidate will have post-registration experience, excellent clinical nursing knowledge, and a desire to develop their managerial skills.

Key Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse Level 1
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD and delivery of evidence-based care
  • Independent Nurse/Supplementary/Non-Medical Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Appropriate management qualification or equivalent experience
  • RCGP Cert 1/2 Primary Care/LTC qualification
