Incident Coordinator

The postholder will be part of the Corporate Patient Safety Team and assist with the administration of the Datix/InPhase system and processing of incidents.
Main Duties- Support the Datix/InPhase System Manager to achieve compliance with the Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) data quality standards.
- Provide efficient, confidential and comprehensive administration of the Datix/InPhase system.
- Extract data from the Datix / InPhase for use within corporate and other reports.
- Work flexibly and accept changes to areas of responsibility in line with the on-going system development and the needs of the Trust.
