Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support our PMO management team in developing, implementing, and embedding governance and processes for agreed projects and changes. Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing methods, artefacts, controls, and processes to enable effective PMO management.
  2. Collaborating with embedded PMOs to verify data accuracy, identify variances, and resolve conflicts in accordance with company standards.
  3. Supporting financial process management, including tracking and reporting of project spend and investment approvals.
  4. Establishing and maintaining best practices for MI collection across portfolios and performing proactive checks across data sources.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Previous experience working in PMO, with exposure to financial/analytical activities.
  2. Ability to contextualise financial data to support project viability within the portfolio.
  3. Experience working within an embedded PMO environment.
  4. Excellent organisational skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and extensive knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Capacity to proactively review processes, identify areas for improvement, and create new or enhance existing processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
