Job Title: Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Legal Southwest. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for conducting a caseload of files for clients, including company commercial work for sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a caseload of files for clients, including company commercial work
  • Work under supervision where required, and be receptive to constructive criticism
  • Build a good rapport with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills
  • Be commercially savvy and have a good understanding of company/commercial work
  • Be fully conversant with Word, Outlook, and Excel, and used to working with computerised case management systems
