Join Our Team as a Commercial Property Lawyer/Senior Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer/Senior Lawyer to join our team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. Our client is a highly regarded, award-winning regional firm with a reputation for quality work and strong collaboration, both with colleagues and clients, in order to develop lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service, appreciating each client's individual commercial context, ambitions and requirements and providing considered and commercially relevant advice to them in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with others across the firm, providing support to commercial clients on matters such as commercial property acquisitions and disposals, development projects, and more.
  • Specialize in your preferred area of Real Estate law, with the opportunity to progress to senior level and a potential future leadership role.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Real Estate team with a strong regional profile, led by five partners who each focus on particular aspects of commercial property in the region. You will be based from offices in Exeter, Torquay or Plymouth with hybrid working.

Requirements:

  • Have gained experience as a Commercial Property or Real Estate Lawyer in a UK law firm, handling a varied caseload of good quality matters with limited supervision.
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic, having benefited from good quality training and post-qualifying experience in commercial property matters.
  • Be keen to build out your network with referrers across the region, and contribute towards broader business development activities in agreement with the Partners.
