Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at Leys Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DBS check required
