Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to support our production process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience with mould tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set, and operate cylindrical and surface grinding machines.
  • Conduct tool repair and maintenance.
  • Manufacture tooling for compression and injection moulding to high tolerances.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities within the tool room.
  • Manage the supply of consumables and maintain inventory.
  • Work independently to interpret engineering drawings and solve engineering problems.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain flexibility to meet production timelines.
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience with mould tools and assembly.
  • Proficiency in operating cylindrical and surface grinding machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Precision in working to high tolerances.

Working Hours
  • 37-hour working week (Mon-Fri).
  • 2 x shift rotation (Early & Lates).
  • Early Shift: 06:05-14:35 (Mon-Thurs), 06:05-11:05 (Fri).
  • Late Shift: 14:25-22:55 (Mon-Thurs), 10:55-15:55 (Fri).
