Job Title: Gardening Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardening Assistant to join our team at Arora Management Services Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various landscaping activities, including planting, pruning, lawn cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, tree and shrub planting, weeding, and autumnal leaf clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake landscaping activities as directed, including planting, pruning, and lawn maintenance.
  • Operate machinery, such as ride-on mowers and strimmers, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with external timber treatment and painting, as required.
  • Clear litter and debris from outdoor areas.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements and ability to implement them.
  • Practical skills for driving and operating machinery.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with others.
  • Experience in using gardening tools, including ride-on mowers, long reach pruners, and hedging tools.
