We are seeking an engaging teacher to join our school in Richmond, Southwest London. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students', parents', and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior
  • Communicate effectively with students', parents', and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students', parents', and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
