At TMF Group, we're seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the development of our Global Entity Management (GEM) proposition. This critical role will oversee the enhancement and improvement of our GEM services, providing strategic leadership to our team of Solution Architects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving commercial diligence, managing scope, pricing, and client solutions. They'll also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with internal stakeholders globally.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional support and input into developing the GEM proposition and solution for prospective corporate clients.
  • Interacting extensively with internal stakeholders globally, defining scope, pricing, and the client solution.
  • Ensuring strict commercial diligence and managing deviations according to internal governance.
  • Challenging and validating service scope with a consultative mindset.
  • Building strong networks across the business to share knowledge and contribute to internal discussion forums.
  • Leading the team of GEM Solution Architects based in multiple locations.

This role requires a deep understanding of TMF Group's business lines, regulatory requirements, and organizational structure. The successful candidate will also need to understand the financial implications of their decisions on both the business area and Group 'bottom line.'
