Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. This salary range is based on the expected level of experience and qualifications required for this role. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive basic salary, as well as bonus opportunities based on your individual performance.

Job Description:
This role involves providing direct management of the product team, taking responsibility for the performance and quality of the output to growth; ensuring timescales are met, products are compelling and delivered in line with business strategy and targets. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work alongside relevant proposition leads, technologists and solutions teams, developing standard, modular and repeatable solutions, that can be tailored and deployed into customer opportunities across Capita Public Services and beyond. This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be the player manager, supporting the development of a small team, with a focus on our contact centre and digital business solutions. You will actively manage the detailed product/product line roadmap, standards and controls, their evolution and implementation to make them the best they can be for Capita and our customers. You will also be responsible for innovation – driving innovation in our approach to product design and management, owning the product development process, along with associated tooling, to ensure a consistent, focused and predictable approach to product development. Additionally, you will ensure that authorisation and control processes are in place for product lifecycle, ensuring implementation and monitoring the levels of compliance against Capita Policies and Standards. You will also ensure the prioritisation and co-ordination of workflow into the team on an ongoing basis. You will identify areas for improvement in the product lifecycle process to drive continuous improvement and attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads, acting as a spokesperson for Capita at sales events and conferences. Finally, you will develop strong skills and knowledge in contact centre and digital business solutions, having a strong understanding of technology trends and how they affect Capita and our customers, develop a detailed understanding of Capita solutions and services, which must inform our product roadmap.
