About the Role
DePaul is a leading organisation in the delivery of support and housing services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness. We specialise in preventing homelessness, increasing resilience and energising opportunities for employment, education, training and volunteering.
Salary: £33,906 per annum
About You
- You will have demonstrable experience of working to improve the lives of children, young people and families.
- Understanding and knowledge of the challenges young people face who are at risk of homelessness.
- Management and leadership experience.
- Experience of working with and managing volunteers.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding practice and the application to supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults.
- An understanding of budget management and financial control.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of client-facing workers to deliver effective and high-quality services that strive to prevent homelessness.
- Oversight of all aspects of project delivery of our Supported Lodgings service.
- Line management of client-facing workers.
- Continuous review and development of the services under your responsibility.
