About the Role

Adecco, in partnership with Bentley Motors, is seeking a Strategic Project Manager - Brand Experiences for a temporary position in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning of the Brand Experience team and event projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and requirements for projects.
  • Create comprehensive business cases for project approvals and successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure global alignment.
  • Manage budgets and support the planning and delivery of various events.
About You

To excel in this role, you should have experience in strategic development and delivering successful programs within a customer-driven environment. Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification, are highly desirable. You should also possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A background in analytical and data-driven problem-solving, along with previous experience working with agencies in the corporate events arena, is advantageous.
