We are seeking an exceptional Training Director to spearhead their technical training initiatives, aligning with their mission to advance deep-sea exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive training portfolio, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's mission.
  • Oversee a team of training designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in creating high-quality training programs.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge training technologies, including simulation-based learning, VR, AR, and e-learning platforms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and effective.
  • Manage the full training cycle, from identifying needs to gaining external validation/accreditation.
  • Select and manage external vendors and resources for training program development and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Recognized qualification in training, such as CTT+ or CIPD.
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, training development, or a related role, including leadership positions.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful adult training programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with contemporary training design and delivery methods.
