Complex Patient Care Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced physiotherapist to lead our trauma and elective orthopaedic physiotherapy team at the Princess Royal Hospital in Mid Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and evaluating orthopaedic services across the Trust, as well as participating in CPD, IST, audit and evidence-based projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working at Band 6 level or equivalent and have experience of leading teaching sessions (IST) and supporting junior staff in informal capacity. They will also have evidence of having undertaken own development to improve understanding of equalities issues and championed diversity in previous roles.
The salary for this role is approximately £44,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours and opportunities for career progression.
Key Qualifications- Physiotherapy Degree (BSc or MSc equivalent)
