Complex Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Complex Care Nurse Assistant to join our team in Essex. As a Complex Care Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients who require complex medical interventions, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and medications.
You will need to have significant experience working in complex care settings, including experience with advanced care planning, medication administration, and wound care. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized care plans, providing hands-on care and support, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and support.
