As a Senior Commissioning Specialist with Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. With an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in commissioning and pre-operations.

About the Role

The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for directing a team in the delivery of work and ensuring activities are delivered in line with established processes. This includes developing and executing delivery plans, reviewing and reporting on work progress, and taking corrective actions where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of technical tasks and projects
  • Develop and execute delivery plans to meet project schedules
  • Review and report on work progress and take corrective action as needed

You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. With experience in leading and supervising teams, excellent communication skills, and good leadership skills, you will thrive in this role. Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements
  • HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
