We are seeking an exceptional Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Southeast England. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal growth of our students.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, commencing in April 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of Year 4 students, creating engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
  • Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and set targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching primary students.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development.
